Immediately following the 5-5 vote Hielo was in show. Many on the tribe had been expecting it to go a specific way, so being in a position where a re-vote was necessary was not ideal. Unless the tribe wanted to “draw rocks” either David or Elliott would need to be voted out tonight.
Here’s how the vote will work: David and Elliott will not vote. The other 10 members of the tribe will vote either for David or Elliott. The person receiving the most votes will be eliminated. If we end up in a 5-5 tie, the 10 castaways not initially in the tie will draw rocks. Whoever draws the purple rock will be sent packing tonight. Everyone understand? It is time to vote again.
I’ll go tally the votes

The second person voted out of Survivor Hamilton: Fire and Ice is…

With 9 votes David, 1 vote Elliott
David, the tribe has spoken… And turning with a “good luck guys”, David left.
So after 2 days of voting, Hielo was able to come to an almost unanimous decision to send the Canadian-turned-British teacher from the shores of Jersey back home. Let it be known far and wide that going to bed before 10pm with your phone on Do Not Disturb is an excellent way to bomb an Immunity Challenge, put your name on the block, and potentially be sent packing. David we really appreciate you playing and putting up a fight this week, bummer about the time zones for this challenge and we hope that you had fun!
As an update to the group: We will be changing the weekly schedule a bit. The Immunity Question will be posted any time between SUNDAY MORNING at 12:01AM to THURSDAY EVENING at 9:59PM. The Immunity Challenge post will go up Thursday night, and FRIDAY will now become “Voting Day” with the Tribal Council post going up Friday night, and any revotes occuring SATURDAY. These changes are designed to accomplish 2 things: To give your host more time to work on the Immunity Challenge post, and to shorten the voting period to more closely resemble the real game. Let your host know, or post a comment, if you have any questions.
Go to Week 3.
Excellent threat/warning!!

I’d also like to take this moment to share a story about how good a friend Peter is…
For my 16th birthday he arranged all my friends to pitch in and buy me new snowboard bindings that I had my eye on for “at the time” my hob goblin snowboard.
Such a good friend!
