Week 14: Tribal Council

relampago25

Alex walked back to Relampago beach glad to have the Immunity necklace around her neck. With the very real possibility of a tie in the first Tribal Council as a new tribe, having safety was a godsend. With 5 original Hielos, 6 original Fuegos, and Bryan the only remaining castaway who swapped tribes in Week 7, the two sides could be entrenched, leading to a 6-6 tie. Additionally there were rumbles of a divide forming between those in the game who were constantly strategizing and impacting the game, and those who liked to sit back behind the radar. Survivor Hamilton was a game of big moves, and being willing to put your plans into action, so how could those who rarely spoke to the group be trusted?

The people who were feeling the most heat were Jordan & Claudia, Jonathan, and Stef. Because all it would take was one vote to swing the result either way, and the target seemed to be settling not on the “big game” players, but the “subtle game” players, Jonathan hoped that the big vote-outs of Cait and Chelsea would allow others to know his gameplan. Stef just hoped that she could go a week without receiving any votes. Jordan and Claudia had very much hoped to have Graham in Relampago. He had always had their back, and now they would need to step up and keep themselves alive in the game, come what may. And what may come?

And so the Tribal Council stumps were filled to capacity once again with 12 behinds. Half of the original castaways had already been voted out, and though the 2nd half of the game was individual, the tribal bonds were strong and would certainly continue to play an impact. Would it be the castaways that could look beyond Fuego & Hielo that would fare the best? Would Immunity Idols continue to play a factor? How important would who wins Immunity each week be in determining where the target fell? All of these questions would only begin to be answered tonight. Let’s get to the vote.

If anyone has a Hidden Immunity Idol and you want to play it, now would be the time to do so…

Alright, I’ll read the votes. Once the votes have been read the person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately. Let’s get it.

Claudia, you have been voted out of the game. Please say your goodbyes and bring your torch. And with a very polite good luck to the rest of the tribe, Claudia walked out of the game, leaving Jordan to fend for himself as his 2 closest allies were voted out 2 weeks in a row.

With 10 votes for Claudia, its clear that tribal lines were crossed for one week, the majority deciding that Claudia was a worthy target. Would voting continue in this way, or would this only confirm the need for past alliances to stay stronger than ever? We shall see when the game continues in Week 15. The next Immunity Question will be posted sometime between 12:01am Sunday morning and 11:59pm Wednesday night.

Good luck.

Go to Week 15.
