Relampago was split. 4 Fuegos. 4 Hielos. What was to be done? With Stef and Jordan winning Immunity, the talk around camp was of another potential tie, as well as the location of another Hidden Immunity Idol. As was typical of Survivor, when an idol is played, another comes back into the game, and you can never be too careful. The point of an idol is to blindside.
So in camp Meg, Stevie, Rebecca and Jordan huddled together and talked about how they could protect eachother to the final 4. At the beach Alex, Silas, Stef and Tyler planned their strategy to get to the next week with their alliance still intact. Whatever was going to happen, this was going to be another long weekend.

It was a humid night at Tribal Council. The mosquitos were biting, and the air was still as the final 8 castaways watched the jury file in, first Claudia, then Jonathan, Bryan, and finally Luke, smiling at the starving survivors in front of them.
With 2 alliances of 4 seemingly locked in, its time to get to the vote. If anyone has a Hidden Immunity Idol and you want to play it, now would be the time to do so.

The eighth vote is for…

Alex! That’s 4 votes Rebecca, and 4 votes Alex, which means we have a tie! The revote will be immediate, and I will require your votes by 7pm tonight. Rebecca and Alex will not vote. The rest of you can only vote for Rebecca or Alex. If we remain tied, we will again go to rocks. But given all that has happened this week, I feel that whoever goes home due to rocks will feel that it was done unfairly. So what we’ve decided is that instead of rocks and random elimination, there will be a question posed to all of the potential rock-drawers (not math I promise) on WhatsApp tonight. The last person to answer correctly, or the last person to answer incorrectly (if more than one are wrong) will be eliminated.
So its back in your hands for this one Tribal Council, and if you prefer a question challenge to rocks, then we can add it to the rules. I probably prefer it.

Rocks! Rocks! Rocks! Rocks!
Let the sh gods decide.
