Primary Skill: Cunning

In a realm where the ocean’s vastness met the dense mysteries of a jungle, there began the tale of a man named Graham, whose cunning and curiosity would lead him into a most unusual and perilous adventure.

The Awakening
Graham awoke upon the sandy shore, his head throbbing, and his senses dulled by the unfamiliar surroundings. Like others, he had no memory of how he arrived, but he noticed footprints leading into the jungle and the skeletal mast of a ship, a ghostly beacon against the horizon. Unlike some, Graham chose to walk down the beach toward the ship’s mast, thinking that there were more likely to be usable objects on the boat than in the jungle. He reasoned he could always go into the jungle after exploring the ship.

The Mast
Graham arrived at the shipwreck alongside many other survivors, a gathering of lost souls. He had no issues with heights and knew that someone had to climb the mast, and so he chose to climb the ship’s mast. He insisted on going first, worrying that the more people who climbed to look around, the greater the likelihood it would weaken and break, sending him to his doom.

The View and the Lightning
Graham successfully reached the top of the mast, and he saw a structure in the jungle, a stone building or bunker, tucked away like a secret. As a storm began to brew, Graham was struck by lightning and fell into the water.

The Void
In the water, he drifted into unconsciousness, and was transported to a vast, endless void that stretched out in all directions. There, he had a choice of moving towards a brilliant light or a darkness far deeper than the pitch black void itself. He chose to move towards the darkest dark, feeling a primal understanding that the light was a facade and the darkness held the truth he could not ignore.

The Return
After some time in the void, Graham was returned to the living on the shore of the island, after being rescued by Ian. He found himself on the rocky coastline, the ship gone, and he was now in the company of Ian, with the island’s jungle and shoreline before them. Graham must now decide on his next course of action, unsure of what will lead to safety in this strange and perilous land, and what secrets he might find within the dark.
