When Hielo got back to camp after their failed attempt at Immunity, Tyler immediately apologized to the group around the campfire. As Cait tended to what remained of the embers, the tribe accepted Tyler’s apology and let it slide. He was well-liked on the tribe, and Tyler had been doing very well up to that point. That that out of the way, Tyler hoped he could just stay busy around camp and his name would stay out of the conversation.

The two names that did continue to come up over and over were Elliott and Peter. Before they even flew to the South Pacific, these two frenemies were posting anonymously in the comments section about eachother, and putting together elaborate documents of all the times they’ve been betrayed. In fact, in addition to being childhood friends, Elliott and Peter previously played Survivor Hamilton together, with Peter being leaving first, hurting Elliott’s game. You can ask them about it, but they’ve probably already told you.

Elliott, on Hielo from the start, had been able to survivor struggles at Immunity Challenges, and clashes with Silas over game strategy, but could he survive his nemesis coming over from Fuego? Peter had jumped ship at the first opportunity, when he realized his days could be numbered on Fuego. Was that the right decision? Let’s find out.

As Bryan and Peter walked into their first Tribal Council as part of Hielo, they wondered both wondered quietly if they had made the wrong decision. The 7 original Hielos had been through a lot together through the first 1/3 of the game, and as they looked around at their new tribe, the realized they might be in trouble.

The 8th person voted out of Survivor Hamilton: Fire & Ice is….

Peter that’s 5 that’s enough. By a vote of 7-2, Peter you have been voted out. Please say your goodbyes and bring your torch. Peter shook his head, looked around at his tribe and eventually locked eyes with Elliott. Without blinking they stared at eachother. Elliott mouthed byyyyyyyye and Peter mouthed snaaaaaake and their eternal struggle endured until the end of time.

So that’s it. We have officially eliminated 1/3 of you! And the tribes are tied 8-8. Congratulations to the top 16, and a thank you to the 8 of you that helped them get there. Peter I really appreciated your enthusiasm for the game, coming back after all these years, and making a real impact on what went down over on Fuego. You will be missed. Except by Elliott.
